Maxine originally trained as an actress at The Guildhall School of Music and Drama. Having worked as an actress in TV, radio, theatre and film for 20 years, she has also written and directed for numerous network shows, helping to create characters and cast them.

Understanding both sides of the business enables Maxine to create photos that help to get you through the door....the rest is up to you.

Quality and attention to detail are key to a good photo. It is essential that the photo look like you when you walk through the door. There's nothing more time wasting for a casting director than a photo that misrepresents you.

After creating Spotlight portraits for all her friends and colleagues Maxine began her own business, Photos For Actors.

Maxine works from her home in London where she lives with her husband and two dogs.
